"I honestly have no idea what my parents were thinking when they named me ginevra. I mean, ginevra. what the hell kind of name is that? its so...old fashioned, and sounds a disconcerting amount like minerva, which makes me just feel old, no offense to mcgonnagal. molly is well, my mother's name, and I guess she decided that she wanted someone to carry on her name, even if it was just a middle name.
nicknames GINNY, GIN, GIN GIN, GIN-BUG, WEASLEY, RED
"my main nickname is ginny. as much as I love the name gin, and the fact that its the same name as some muggle drink, ginny suits me much more. gin gin and gin-bug are names only my family use, and even then they get a good nasty look from me. I mean, gin gin, it makes me sound like a dog, and gin-bug makes me sound like a, well, bug. weasley is purely for gits like malfoy and his slytherin followers, or teachers."
gender girl
playby Bonnie Wright~
age FIFTEEN/December 5
"so yes, I'm fifteen. too old for child tickets in the muggle world, and too young to be included in the order. its an annoying age, really. I can't wait until I'm seventeen and not being treated like some baby the entire time. it will be nice.
year fourth
house/job Gryffindor
"rawr, I'm a lion. so yes, I'm in gryffindor, and proud of it. if you try use the whole "gryffindork" thing on me be prepared for a well aimed hex."

"my hair is red. suprised? didn't think so. I'm a weasley, what did you expect, blonde hair? yeah, no. we are all ginger, and, as much as I hate looking exactly like the rest of my family, I'm rather proud of my hair. I secretly like it, its a nice length, nice texture, nice weight. I really do like it, but the fact that its exactly the same as the rest of my family is very, very frustrating."
eyesBLUE,LARGE
"My eyes complete the whole ginger, pale look
stature FIVE FOOT FOUR, ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONE KG
"I am, to be blunt, bloody tiny. I stand at five foot four, and weight one hundred and twenty-one kilos, which is pretty normal. I hate the fact I'm so small, it makes people underestemate me, something I cannot stand. good things come in small packages, right?"
tattoos and piercings nope
distinguishing features RED HAIR, EYES
"my eyes are, as my mother says, "very expressive", which I'm guessing is a good thing? they show all my emotions, and are generally pretty expressive. my hair, although a weasley trait, is also a very distinguishing feature."
flawsShe isn't a really tall girl she is generaly a 'small girl'.Also he ears are a bit 'weird'.
appearancePLAIN, SIMPLE
"my clothing is normally painfully second hand. it frustrates me to no end that I have to wear clothing thats been worn by one, sometimes two, people before hand. my style's very plain, and simple, I usually wear a pair of jeans and a top, and occasionally a peice of jewlerry. I do like dressing up for occasions, like parties and weddings and stuff, but most of the time I'm just plain."[/ul]

boggart FAMILY AND FRIENDS DIEING, LOSING
"my greatest fear has got to be my family and friends dieing. just all of them, dead before me. the idea sends shivers down my spine. these are the people who keep me together, and the idea of them dead terrifies me, especially my family. as much as I fight with them and tell half of them I hate them, I love them so much. another fear of mine, although I won't admit it to anyone, would be losing. I'm competative, I really am, and a bad loser. I cannot lose, I just can't, its something I refuse to do, and when I refuse to do something, I kick up quite a fuss about it."
patronus HORSE
"my patronus is a horse. I suppose I'm like that, because when push, I can get very agressive, and I am very passionate, and horses are very passionate animals. And lastly my best memory is when I had my first ride on a broom"
mirror of erised BECOMING A CHASER FOR HOLYHEAD HARPIES AND HAVE A MAN AT HER SIDE
"I've always, ever since I watched my first quidditch game, have wanted to play for a team. and, ever since I watched my first holyhead harpies game, I've wanted to be a part of that team. quidditch is my passion, I love it so much, and its something I know I'm good at, however vain that sounds. but its one of those things that I'm confident with. I also want to have a man, maybe get married, or something. I just don't want to die alone, or live my life alone, it would kill me. I'm not sure about having lots of children, I mean, having grown up with six brothers I know how scaring it is, so I really don't want to put my children through that."
veritaserumShe is in love with Harry.

personality FIERY, WITTY, PASSIONATE
ginevra molly weasley is definately, definately fiery, some would say she may have anger management problems, but fiery is the more correct word. if someone gives her, her family, or her friends any shit, she is the first one to get up and give them a beating. she's not afraid of a good fight; in fact, she actually enjoys them from time to time. she's a true fireball, and sharp on her feet. she's very witty during these arguements, quick to come up with a comeback. she's funny trust me, you do not want to hurt someone she loves, it won't be fun.
KIND, CARING, NICE
despite her slight anger management problems, ginny is a kind, and caring girl. she's someone who will help someone, even if they aren't popular, etc. she's really kind hearted, and someone who's very nice at heart. blah more, YES I FAIL.
STUBBORN, PROUD, INDEPENDANT, SHORT TEMPER[/ul]

"I love my parents, they're such good people. I mean, they can be such idiots at times, and drive me completely insane, but whos parents don't? I don't always tend to get along with my mother, she's always wanted me to be the perfect daughter, one who'd let her dress her up, and make me prance around like some kind of pony, but I'm completely the opposite. growing up with just brothers has made me not care about those kinds of things, and has made me much more of a tomboy. I get along with my father just well most of the time, he's shown me how to be a good person, and has taught me so much. I really do love them."

history CHILDHOOD
ginerva molly weasley was born to arthur and molly weasley on the eleventh of augest. she was born straight into a huge family, and was the only girl out of six boys. she grew up being influenced by them a lot, and being surrounded by boys she got into a lot of fights, both verbal and physical. so she grew up stronger then most girl's her age. apart from being the only girl, ginny had a good childhood. although they were possibly the most dysfunctional family in the wizarding world, the weasley's were a nice family, and she grew up well. throughout her childhood, she had watched her brother's head of to hogwarts, and she had always looked forward to going. by the time that ron had gone, and she was left alone at home, she became impatient to go to school, and also very, very bored at home. also, the year ron had gone to school was the first year she had met harry potter, and developed a crush on "the-boy-who-lived."
FIRST YEAR
by the time she had hit eleven, her entrance letter arrived, just as she knew it would. so she went of to school happily and was immediately sorted into gryffindor, just like all the weasley's were before her. over her first year, gin was lonely. she had hardly any friends, and at the time, she was shy around almost anyone, especially harry. at the beggining of the year, she had a diary thrown at her by lucius malfoy, a family enemy, and as the year went on, ginny started writing all of her deepest darkest feelings in it, trusting her life on the old, myseterious diary. to her suprise, and delight, the diary wrote back, talking to her. soon, the diary became one of her best friends. and the rest of the year was hazy for her, she had many dark patches in her memory of it.
she did everything the diary told her, everything. she didn't realise, or even dream, that the diary could've been cursed. and cursed by voldemort no less. she started doing things without noticing, and she became scared by the dark patches, feeling like all of the times that everyone was petrified, that it was her fault. gin felt guilty almost constantly, and slowly she began to realise that the diary wasn't t good for her, and she attempted to flush it down a toilet in the girls bathroom. from there, the diary landed in harry's hands, and when ginny saw it with him, she took it back. by the end of the year, she had given so much to the diary, that it started sucking almost the life out of her. that was when the chamber of secret's was opened, and she was taken down there. she had her soul sucked out of her by the evergrowing stronger dark lord, and she ended up nearly dieing on the floor in the chambers. luckily, harry and ron came down, and harry fought the dark lord, who was in the form of his childhood self, tom riddle. harry won the fight, and took ginny back up again, turning him into even more of a hero in her eyes.
SECOND AND THIRD YEAR
ginny's second and third years were better then her first. she made more friends, a big one in hermione and she became more like she was at home: talkative, and, as her brothers would say "bloody irritating". after being told by hermione that maybe she needed to think outside of the box, and give up on harry, by her third year she was dating other boys at school. she became more independant, and fiery, and rather suddenly, she became rather wanted by boys at school. but not harry, something that irritated her to no end.
FOURTH YEAR
This year Ginny is back at Hogwarts knowing all about Voldemort and his return even if the wizading world is trying to make them believe that everything Harry says are lies she believe him.

A single brown eye opened, staring out onto the mess that was the owners room. Bottles and various other remains of last night were strewn across the floor. Crap, is it Monday? Ginny thought to herself, sitting up ubruptly, a hand reaching out to search for the clock that normally sat on her sidetable. As soon as she had pulled herself up, she'd instantly regretted it. Her head was pounding from one of the worst headaches she'd had in a long time, and that, combined with the sudden headrush from sitting up.Ginny streached out her legs, throwing them over the side of her bed, and standing up, a hand reaching out in an attempt to steady herself as her legs threatened to collapse under her. After a moment of standing and gaining her trust in her legs again, Ginny pushed a hand through her red mane, and walked towards the mirror that stood beside the closet. She could honestly say she looked like crap; her clothes creased, her hair sticking out at all ends. The meaning of the phrase "bad hair day" was an understatement for her in this case. She turned around, counting the sleeping heads in the room. It was only her and Penny at the moment, and for good reasons, the clock had just hit ten-thirty, and most of her roommates woke up for breakfast. Normally, she was one of them too, but today was an exception. How anyone do anything with a headache like this, she didn't know.
Deciding it was safe to have a shower without threat of waking up half her room, she grabbed her towel from her closet (with her enitials, embroidered specially by her mother) and headed straight for the showers. They were exactly what she needed at the moment; the warm water both relaxed, and woke her up. She stepped out of the shower, clean and much, much more awake and a lot less hungover then she was a before. Dragging her feet upstairs and too her room (with a couple of weird looks recieved from some first years, why she would never know) Gin pulled on some clothes. Simple clothes for a Sunday; an old pair of jeans and her annual jumper she recieved from her mother every year. With another glance in the mirror to check that she didn't look completely hungover, she left the Gryffindor common room, feeling refreshed and half awake. Hoping that there would be some food on the table still from breakfast, she headed for the Great Hall, intent on getting herself fed. After all, she was a Weasley. Her life revolved around food.
To her delight, there were some almost empty plates on the tables, and she grabbed a bread roll, biting into it happily. Ginny pearched herself on a Gryffindor bench, lazily watching the other students.Hermione was probably squeezing in some last minute studying, and, Gin guessed, attempting to force Ron and Harry to do some too. She grinned at the idea. Sometimes she wondered how 'Mione put up with both of them, as much as she loved them, they were complete pains in the arses at times. Especially Ron.
